Violet ★★★★★

Took these out on a mixed trail with packed ice and loose powder, and the traction held up without any slipping on the steeper climbs. The flotation in the deeper sections was noticeably better than my old pair, and they didn’t feel clunky on the way down. Just what I needed for varied winter terrai

Strapped these on for a steep, drifted-in climb and the traction grabbed every icy step without slipping once. Flotation on the unpacked powder was solid too, so I could keep a steady pace instead of post-holing every few feet. They're my go-to for off-trail days now.

The heel lift on the Ascent model is a game-changer for steep climbs, and the flotation on fresh powder has been spot-on so far. I've put them through three backcountry trips this month and they've held up without a single issue.
