Pitched this at 11,000 feet in blowing snow and it held up fine with three of us and all our gear inside. For a four-season shelter it's lighter than I expected on the skin track, and the ventilation kept condensation down overnight.

Even on a bluebird day, hauling this up a skin track felt impressively light, and that winter-grade warmth is no joke when the mercury drops. We fit three of us and all our gear with room to spare, and it shed wind like a champ through the night.

Set-up in a howling wind at dusk took maybe eight minutes, and the snow skirt sealed out the spindrift completely. My two partners and I slept warm through a -15°F night with no frost inside the fly at all. This thing is genuinely light enough to split between three packs without complaining.
