Pitched it at 9pm in a wind-loaded gully after a long skin and the pole structure handled the gusts without a groan. At barely over a kilo, it’s light enough that I forgot it was on the sled, and the vestibule swallowed my boots and pack without cramping the sleeping space.

Took it out on a three-day snowshoe loop and the vestibule was just big enough to cook under during a squall, which saved my morning. The four-season build sheds wind better than my old two-pounder, and at this weight I barely noticed it on the climb out.

First pitch I set it up in blowing snow and the poles stayed taut all night, which is exactly what I needed for a four-season shelter. It packs down small enough that I barely notice it on my pack for the skin up.
